solo run

i'm hydrating now. first solo run is in a few hours. feeling good about it. me and Courtney are going to do our shots together. i'm doing avonex and she's having enbrel. i have to say that Courney's shot is weak compared to mine. just sayin. i've felt really good since friday. if i've had any symptoms they've been minimal and very short. some of us went out for JAFM's birthday friday night and that was a lot of fun. and yesterday i got to hang out with my Dad so that was cool. we, including Courtney, went to see Life on Mars. he took the 28x in to cmu and back to ikea. sweet.

so wish me luck on my solo run. Courtney may take step by step pictures but we'll see if they get posted. LET'S GO STEELERS! man they better win today.
