it's been 10 days since my last update. let's see...i did my shot on friday the 16th so that means i gave the last one on saturday the 24th. gave it at 11am and at the 9:00 position of my left thigh. that's my 8th one - time to move on to the outside of the right thigh.

tues - 20 minutes on elliptical. 5 minute cool down. 2.7 miles. and pushups at home 13-18-13-7
wed - swam did 8 laps (16 lengths). that's more than 50% better than last week. swimming kicks my butt though. going to try to fit in at least one swim a week.
thurs - same as tues. and pushups 13-18-13-13
sun - pushups 14-19-14-14
mon (today) - 20 minutes on elliptical. 5 minute cool down. somehow i still ended up with 2.7 miles.
hey how bout dem Steelers? i can not wait for this week to be over and i wish that we could just skip over saturday. i'll be watching sportscenter from now until then. HERE WE GO STEELERS
