went to the gym yesterday (tues). same routine. i guess i should push it a little more next time which will be tomorrow (thurs). did pushups tonight. 15-21-15-15 so i've been improving little by little with them.
i have my follow up dr appt friday afternoon. i think he's going to say 'hey, the medicine's working huh? well that's great. uh, keep taking it. thanks for the $30.' and i'll probably have to schedule an mri to occur in the next few months to see what my brain looks like now. and i can ask about the ms pill that is getting ever so close to being an option.
and on a totally unrelated-to-ms topic, Courtney and I have finally made our engagement official by sealing the deal with some bling. it was very romantic. well it wasn't too romantic but we just do what we do. we're efficient when it comes to making decisions and this was no exception. it took us a while to make it to the jewelry store but we made it. and i'm very happy and excited to be officially engaged to Courtney.

My CONGRADULATIONS run-on sentence-story: Sometime last year I had a dream that you two got engaged and then I couldn't remember if it was real or not and I was embarrassed to bring it up when we saw each other because I thought I wasn't a good friend if I didn't know the answer and I HATE when people ask if you're engaged and your not and it's almost interpretted as an accusation rather then an inquiring question so I'm glad that there is an official symbol on Courtney's hand because if I have another dream and get confused, I'll see the ring and know without asking. omg... I love you both. Congradulations!!
