i went to the gym during lunch both yesterday and today. breakdown:
1/6
20 fairly hard minutes on elliptical
5 minute cool down and some stretches
i sweated enough for it to get in eyes
total of 2.6 miles
went to the pens game with my buddy Brian. good times and we finally got a win.

i sweated a little more today
total of 2.7 miles
been drinking a lot of water at work (out of my nice new water bottle) and eating better/less. and working on staying more positive and not letting things get to me at work. in the IT field, it's easy to get frustrated and negative due to high pressure situations, jabrones (coworkers), having to learn new things, and poorly planned projects. at least that's what i've noticed and just not from my current one. i realized today that it's just not worth it. so i'm going to try and work hard on that.
