hey i went to the gym on friday!

gym breakdown:
20 min on elliptical
5 min cooldown
upped the resistance by 1
2.7 miles

also did shot friday night. gave shot at 12:00 position on side of left thigh. shot given around 6:30. started getting flu symptoms around 9 or so which is the fastest i ever got them. but i fell asleep on the coach for an hour or so and felt better afterwards.

went to gym today.

gym breakdown:
20 min on treadmill
5 min cooldown
2.3 miles (10 min miles)

been looking at road bikes. i'm planning on doing the MS150 this year with my buddy at work. road bikes aren't cheap but i'm looking for deals. training is going to be rough.
